The University of Dubrovnik is a public university founded in 2003 and located in Dubrovnik, Croatia. It consists of seven departments with 257 employees of which 90 hold a Ph.D. degree. Its Department of Economics and Business (DEB) was founded in 1970 as the Faculty of Tourism and Foreign Trade Dubrovnik. The vision and mission of the University are to become an internationally recognised institution that actively contributes to the local, national, and international academic community through education and scientific work coherent with the highest standards of excellence. Today, DEB is involved in several projects and educational activities aimed at understanding digital transformation and how it changes the way people live and work as well as at building employability skills among students.
Within DEB, operates also a Center for research on digital transformation CREDO. CREDO will actively contribute to the activities of the project with their skills and knowledge. CREDO is involved in activities of building skills in the field of digital entrepreneurship through the Erasmus+ Strategic partnership project Inspiring digital entrepreneurship – IDEA and E+SLEM Entrepreneurial Self-Leadership Education through Virtual Training. It also has experience in building university-industry cooperation through CBHE activities in the role of coordinator and partner. CREDO is the coordinator of the Erasmus+ CBHE project ELEGANT which develops industry-oriented education practices of ICT universities in Jordan and Lebanon with the aim of strengthening student transversal skills.
The staff of CREDO is involved in ESF-funded project E4 which aims to improve the quality, relevance, and efficiency of higher education through the development and use of modern teaching methods and the Opera II project aimed at strengthening science-business collaboration in the assessment of the needs of labour market and development of human resources in Croatia. Over the years, present members of CREDO were involved in the creation and delivery of lifelong learning programmes aimed at enhancing the employability skills of graduates and unemployed persons. Its researchers have published their research on topics pertinent to the project topic in world-leading scientific journals in the field of economics such as the European Economic Review, Journal of Business Research, Small Business Economics, Journal of Technology Transfer, Research Policy, or Regional Studies.
Being located in Croatia it has rich experience with modernisation of curricula and adjusting its programmes to better serve the needs of labour market in a turbulent transition environment.

The University of Zagreb was founded on 23 September 1669, making it the oldest Croatian university, as well as the oldest university in Southeast Europe. Being one of the constituent units of UNIZG, the Faculty of Economics & Business – Zagreb (FEB) is participating in the project as a partner. FEB was founded in 1920 and is the oldest institution of higher education in economics in this part of Europe, as well as the largest constituent unit of the University, with more than 10,000 students. FEB is the only university-level institution (faculty) in the Republic of Croatia that has been awarded AACSB Business Accreditation, which has positioned FEB among the top 5% of higher education institutions in economics and business globally. Moreover, FEB was awarded the first EPAS accreditation for one English-taught study program. FEB employs around 260 research and teaching staff, who specialize in different disciplines of social science, such as macro- and microeconomics, the economics of innovation, international economics, business management, marketing, finance, accounting, statistics, tourism, demography, etc. In addition to the teaching staff, there are around 120 non-teaching staff members assigned to Faculty’s professional services. The goal of the FEB is to train the next generations of the country's business and economic leaders. The true value and worth of the FEB are its graduates whose number has now exceeded 86,000. FEB embraced a lifelong learning approach by organizing several postgraduate specialist study programs, postgraduate doctoral study programs, and executive education, and launching professional training courses. The faculty places great emphasis on internationalization through student and staff mobility, and participation in international projects and strives to obtain international accreditation EQUIS. Matica umirovljenika Hrvatske (MUH) exists since 1946 and is the largest pensioner organization and among the oldest civil society organizations in the Republic of Croatia. We have over 420 associations with more than 120.000 members. Activities are directed at increasing the quality of life and living standards of pensioners and elderly people, in order to improve their material, health, and social position. We propose solutions to the Government, ministries, and governmental and non-governmental institutions, and actively participate in the work of the National Council for pensioners and elderly persons.
Matica umirovljenika Hrvatske has experience in implementing EU projects. We successfully completed two EU projects – SENIOR AKTIV – Program poticanja aktivnog starenja na području Grada Zagreba and Društveni centar Prečko at the beginning of June. We are currently implementing two EU projects - Senior 2030 – Tematska mreža za politiku aktivnog starenja u Hrvatskoj and Aktivni korak – program podrške osobama starije životne dobi u Zagrebu.

IHF, Institut de Haute Formation aux Politiques Communautaires asbl, is a non-profit organisation established in Brussels (Belgium) in 2003.
The principal aim of IHF is to provide the community (including non-profit and local authorities) with assistance for the development of wider international cooperation through activities of specialised training on European policies and the dissemination of European values.
One of the means to reach this objective is the organisation of highly specialised courses and seminars focused on the development of European projects. The courses focus on EU Policies and Legislation, International Relations, and Project Management, promoting the possibility to participate in EU-funded programmes.
IHF organises also study groups in Brussels for young graduates, local authorities representatives, SMEs, and Universities, promoting mobility activities at different training levels. Since 2004 IHF organised more than 40 study visits to Brussels for more than 500 people.
IHF took part as an associate partner in previous EU-funded projects, contributing mainly to Dissemination and exploitation activities. IHF provides further assistance through continuous monitoring of EU legislation and European Institution activities, and consequent spread of related information, assistance in the search for partners, and building up of networks.
Thanks to its presence in Brussels IHF asbl developed relevant experience in the organisation of Dissemination and Valorisation activities at the EU level, through contacts with MEPs, other European associations and Institutions, stakeholders, consumer groups, etc.
IDP, with branch offices in Italy and in Brussels, was established in 1996 by partners working since 1991 in Brussels in the frame of EU policies and EU funding programmes.
It relies on more than 20-year experience in the development, submission, and management of successful EU projects. Since 1999, IDP develops and carries out also specialised training courses for VET and Adult learners focused exclusively on EU-related issues (EU Institutions, policies, programmes, project management, etc.), delivering an average of +1000 hrs/year of training to +550 adult attendees/year.
